I was asked to design a responsive Shopify marketplace for dietary supplements that allows individual sales as well as monthly subscriptions.
The goal was to create a website and brand that feels simple, clear, demonstrates transparency, and gives guidance to users.
After interviewing 6 supplement users, I learned of their frustrations with their current experience of shopping for diet supplements, and found that they valued 3 things: transparency, guidance, and community.
From this, I came up with a user persona, a signature brand move, logo, and 3 design/branding principles to guide the experience.

After interviewing 6 people, I came up with a persona to represent my research on the demographic. In addition to this, I created an empathy map to help me put myself in the user's world to better understand their process, problems, and goals.
