I spoke about the overlap between designers and product managers. My POV included why designers should be focused on the “why” of their work.


I gave a talk during Adobe's UX Year in Review event about things that I learned throughout 2019. One big lesson for me was learning how to better navigate ambiguity. Instead of instructing people on "how" to do it, I took the audience of young designers on what I called an “Adventurous Self-Inquiry” so that they could observe and define their own process of managing ambiguity.
